Terms & Conditions
When booking a masterclass with us you are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions.
Embellished London reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, use of the website will imply your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.
Masterclass Fee
The masterclass fee includes all workshop materials, equipment and expert tuition. On occasion, depending on location, we may need to apply a travel fee, but will make you aware of this in advance of placing your booking if applicable.
International Transactions, please not that if payments are processed from outside of the UK the sender is responsible for transaction charges and exchange fees.
Cancellation Policy
(i) Changes to individual bookings
Our workshops are in great demand and as places are limited, we regret that if you are unable to attend, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule any individual pre-booked class.
(ii) Changes to group bookings
If your group booking needs to be changed and your party consists of 10 people or above where possible, we will do our best to amend the booking date, venue or class option, this is dependent on available dates, tutors, materials and venue location, however we cannot guarantee being able to do so. You may also incur an additional charge for any tutor travel expenses or venue cancellation charges.
(iii) Cancellation of a class
If in the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, due to unforeseeable circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We will always try and give you as much notice as possible, but we are not responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation expenses.
Delays
If you or your group arrive late to the start of a class, we may not be able to extend the class; the class will start and end as scheduled. We will always do our best to make accommodations, however this will be at the tutor and/or venue’s discretion.
In the unlikely event that the tutor is late to a class, you will get the full class time.
Changes to your group booking
If there are any changes to your group booking size, please inform us by email as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate the additional headcount, however this is dependent on your group size, venue size and materials/equipment so we cannot guarantee this will be possible.
If the group booking party arrives at the masterclass with additional people than originally booked, Embellished London will not be able to accommodate unconfirmed guests and our obligation to the group booking will not apply and we reserve the right to cancel. Should full payment of the masterclass be made prior to the start of the masterclass and depending on the availability of craft kits the masterclass may go ahead as planned.
Statutory Rights
None of the above affects your statutory rights
Additional Support
Please inform us at the time of booking if anyone needs to have reasonable adjustments or if anyone requires additional support due to disabilities and we will make adjustments to make sure everyone can participate in the masterclass.
Photography
We will ask everyone to sign a consent form confirming that you consent having photography/videography of the workshop to be put on the website and social media, you can opt out if you do not wish to be included on the website or social media.
Data Protection
Attendee contact information including name, phone numbers, and email addresses will be shared with the workshop tutor in order for them to reach you on the day of the workshop itself.
Any alternative contact details for other people within your party shared with us, must be done so with their consent. We do not share your data outside of our organisation or with third parties.
