What’s your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns and refund your purchase(s) (excluding earrings, for hygiene reasons and designs that are bespoke or otherwise made to your specification) by the same method you used to pay within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags must be attached, returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If tags have been removed or there is visible signs of usage, the item will be rejected and will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s).
For purchase(s) returned after 14 days we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.
You will need to cover the costs of postage for returns.
Please ensure you retain your proof of postage. We advise returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. We will not be able to accept returns unless signed for by a member of our staff.
How do I return or exchange?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of it.
You must provided your order number to place a return or exchange, once we have confirmed the details you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note, your refund does not include the original shipping charges.
