Can I pre-order an out of stock item?

This is dependent on the item and the fabric used in the design, we have a large selection of or fabrics so please get in contact if you want something that is out of stock and we will let you know if and when it is likely to be in stock again.

What happens if I get a stain on my accessory?

Spot clean the area that has been stained by using water and a little liquid soap, avoid getting water on crystals, if water comes into contact with crystals dry it  using a hair dryer until completely dry. See our care tips for further information.  

Will any of the crystals come loose?

Our design process is very thorough, we hand stitch all crystals 4 times to secure them in place. We use strong clasps so the crystals will be secure and all designs are quality checked before dispatch.  

When will masterclasses be resuming? 

We plan on resuming embellishment masterclasses from September 2021. Please note that this will be dependent on the impact of Covid-19 and we will need to observe social distancing and wear face masks. 

Can I do anything to prepare in advance of the class?

If you are eager to get stuck in, we would advise that you familiarise yourself with the backstitch technique. We will be teaching this teaching this technique in the class and it is an easy technique to master. 

Do I need to bring any materials to the class?

Nope we take care of everything that you need, all you need to bring is your love of all things craft!

Can I use my own materials?

If you want to design something colour specific to match your outfit or project, you can use your own materials, however your materials such as appliques and sew on diamante stones do need to be the best quality, we do not use an acrylic sew on diamante materials whatsoever in our designs.

What can I do with the finished design?

Our classes outline the various uses for the finished embellished design and we will have samples available for inspiration, you can even frame your design in a memory box. 

What if I can't finish the design in the allocated class time?

If you are unable to fully complete the design during the class, you will have learnt the key techniques you need to complete it in your own time, you will have all the beads and crystals you need to complete the design at home and you will also have video tutorials that you can watch online to refresh your memory. 

What if I can't finish the design by myself?

We want you to enjoy wearing your designs, especially if you have created them for your wedding or special event. For group bookings we are able to offer a service to complete what you have started designing, there will be a charge for the service and this will be dependent on how much time it will take to complete your designs.  

I need to have reasonable adjustments made, am I still able to attend the class? 

If you need any assistance to help you, we need to know at the time of booking so we are able to make any reasonable adjustments, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment for anyone who wants to learn a new skill and be creative.
